With over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, he specializes in building advanced network solutions and value-added services for global telecom operators. In his current role, Hanen is at the forefront of driving strategic initiatives and architectures to guide telecommunications service providers through their network transformation journey. Hanen holds a Master of Engineering in Innovation Management from ÉTS in Canada and a Master of Engineering in Telecommunications from Polytech Nancy in France.
