About OpenAIrinterface

Founded by EURECOM in 2014, the OpenAirInterface Software Alliance (OSA) is a non-profit organization that develops and promotes the OpenAirInterface (OAI) open-source platform, delivering 4G and 5G RAN, UE, RAN orchestration, and Core network software for research and industry.

OAI brings together a global community of developers who collaborate to advance open-source wireless network technologies. The organization is governed by a board composed of representatives from its Strategic Members.

The Alliance is responsible for:
– Defining and managing the software development roadmap
– Overseeing quality assurance
– Promoting OAI software across a wide range of academic and industrial use cases

Its mission is to accelerate the adoption of OpenAirInterface as a reference platform for next-generation wireless innovation.
